The Online Submission Entry Process
To make data entry easier please
read below.
1. "???? needs to be completed" - all
fields are currently mandatory. If you
do not wish to put anything in the field please
type N/A in text fields only.
2. All budget figures default to zero. Fields
in pink cannot be altered - these
fields are automatically completed upon data
entry in the costing areas.
3. You MUST click on the SAVE button every time on
every screen to save
your data.
4. The first entry on the drop down menu of select a
meeting - please select your
cluster meeting date. If your cluster is not
there ring the Area Office.
Please note that different data bases
are used for each year. Ensure you select the correct "Submission Year".
Headings now appear to indicate
which database you are in. eg. 2007 Archive Database.
5. To move through the fields it
is best to click onto each field with the mouse.
6. If a message appears that you have
an incorrect version of Internet Explorer and
you are working on a network please do not upgrade your
Internet Explorer without
checking with your Network Administrator.

click on this link, login as your
school, select submissions years, select year you wish to work with and
continue.
